Our online writing courses include weekly text lessons and assignments. Your tutor will provide written feedback on the assignments.
This course takes place via email correspondence. You will receive your first module and assignment from your tutor on the course start date. You will have seven days to complete the weekly assignment and submit your work for feedback.

You don’t need previous writing experience or study to take most of our courses. We offer courses for writers of various levels.
If you’ve read the course outlines and are not sure which course to take, you can contact us and we’ll be happy to help you choose the best course for you.
Fees must be paid in full before the course starts. If you need to withdraw from a course, please contact us at least two weeks before the course starts. We can then provide a refund, less a $10 administration fee.
If you withdraw from the course less than two weeks before the course starts, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
If you wish to withdraw from a course, please email us at [email protected]. Informing a tutor does not constitute withdrawal.
The Writing Quarter reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment. If we cancel a course, students will receive a full refund.
There will be writing assignments to work on every week. Students can expect to spend two to three hours every week on the course.
