Armadale Writers’ Award 2025 opens for entries on 1 September.
Submission Guidelines
- Open to adult writers living in Western Australia.
- Works must be original unpublished prose and have a 1000 – 3000 word count.
- Accepting online entries from 1 – 30 September 2025.
Judges: Entries will be judged by a panel of librarians and authors.
Prizes:
- 1st Prize $1000, 2nd Prize $750, 3rd prize $500.
- Plus, seven finalists will receive a $50 book voucher presented at a private award ceremony.
Deadline: Tuesday 30 September 2025, 11.59 pm (AWST)
