The 2026 Book Links Short Story competition is now open.
Submission Guidelines
- Open to writers aged 18+.
- Entries should be a short story, a maximum of 1500 words, suitable for children of any age up to 15 years old.
- Only one story per person.
Entry fee: Free to enter
Prizes: The winner will receive $250, and they will be invited to have their story published on the Book Links website.
Deadline: Saturday, 14 March 2026.
