The Sorrento Creative Writing Prize 2026 is open for entries.
Submission Guidelines
- Open to original creative writing between 2,500 and 3,000 words.
- Open to Australian citizens and residents aged 18 and over, who have not had their work published by a commercial publisher.
- One entry per person.
Entry fee: Free to enter
Prizes: The winner will receive $5,000 and their writing will be featured at the 2026 Sorrento Writers Festival and at www.writing.org.au
Deadline: 1 March 2026
