The Pearl Literary Prize International 2027 is open for entries.
Submission Guidelines
- An original, independent work by writers 18+
- Open to people who identify as GSD (Gender and sexually diverse) as well as allies living in Australia and worldwide
- Completely incorporates a creative queer perspective on the theme ‘THE MYSTERY OUT THERE ‘
- Your entry must contain 3 out of these 6 words/objects: PURSE, WALKING STICK, UMBRELLA, POIROT MOUSTACHE, MONOCLE, GLOVE
- Up to 2000 words written in any form of writing
Entry fee: $25-$35
Prizes:
- The Winner of The Pearl Prize will receive a cash payment of $2000 AUD
- A copy of The Pearl Prize 2027
- The opportunity to pitch a Novella to Osborne and Fawkner Publishing
